1. Data controller

Lexivanta Limited is the controller of personal data processed through AFU PET GOODS. Privacy requests may be sent in writing to our registered address stated below.

2. Data we collect

We may collect identity and contact information, delivery and billing details, order and payment status, account identifiers, customer-service communications, device and security logs, and cookie or analytics information where enabled. Payment card details are processed by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by us.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to perform the sales contract, deliver orders and provide support; comply with accounting, tax and legal duties; and pursue legitimate interests in fraud prevention and service security. Marketing is based on consent where required and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Recipients and transfers

Data may be shared as necessary with hosting, payment, delivery, analytics, professional advisory and regulatory providers. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards.

5. Retention

We retain order and accounting records for the period required by law, security logs for a proportionate period, and account information while active or as needed to resolve claims. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We normally respond within one month and may request proof of identity.

You may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or another competent supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Essential storage may be used for cart and session functions. Optional analytics or marketing technologies should be used only with any consent required by law. We apply appropriate safeguards, but no internet service is completely risk-free.
