1. About these terms

These Terms govern use of the AFU PET GOODS website and purchases from Lexivanta Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products and availability

Product descriptions, images and prices are provided in good faith. Colours may vary by display. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order and will notify you if this affects your order.

3. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected, or a material pricing error occurred. Any amount already paid will be refunded.

4. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices shown at checkout are in the displayed currency. Delivery charges and applicable taxes are shown before the order is placed. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may be provided by third-party payment processors.

5. Delivery and pickup

Estimated delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Risk passes on delivery to you or a person designated by you. For store pickup, valid order confirmation and identification may be required.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights under Cyprus or European Union consumer law, including rights relating to conformity, faulty goods and withdrawal from qualifying distance contracts. See our Refund/Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

8. Intellectual property

The website, AFU PET GOODS branding, layout and original content are owned by or licensed to Lexivanta Limited. Product trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Liability

We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, misuse, or interruption outside our reasonable control.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their country of residence. Cyprus courts have jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer forum rights.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version in force when an order is placed applies to that order.
