Your Legal Guarantee Rights

Consumers have statutory rights when goods do not conform to their contract, including where goods are faulty, differ from their description or do not perform as they should. The seller is responsible for providing the remedies required by applicable law, free of charge. Depending on the circumstances, these include repair, replacement, a price reduction or reimbursement.

The notices below explain the EU minimum legal guarantee. Longer periods or additional rights under applicable national law remain available. A commercial warranty does not replace or restrict these statutory rights. The legal guarantee is separate from the 14-day right to withdraw from a qualifying distance purchase.
