Product Safety & Responsible Use

1. Before ordering or using a product

• Check the intended animal species, size, age, ingredients and any restrictions. Follow the manufacturer's use, feeding, storage and disposal instructions.
• Supervise pets with toys, chews and accessories. Remove worn or broken items and keep products and packaging away from children where appropriate.
• For food or treats, check the packaging, seal, date and storage condition on receipt. Follow any cold-chain, refrigeration or freezing instructions; do not use goods that appear spoiled or unsafe.
• Ask a qualified veterinarian about allergies, illness, medication interactions or special dietary needs. General store content is not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.

2. Report a safety concern

Stop using a product that appears unsafe. Contact support@afu-pet.store with the order reference, product name, batch or lot number if available, what happened and any reasonable photographs. Keep the product and packaging safely where possible. For an urgent health problem, seek veterinary or emergency assistance first.

We will assess a report, provide appropriate instructions, and cooperate with the responsible supplier or authority where required. Corrective action and any remedy depend on the facts and applicable law; reporting a concern does not remove your rights against us.

3. Product-specific information

For products covered by EU general product-safety rules, online product offers must provide the required manufacturer, contact, EU responsible-person information where applicable, product identification and safety warnings. Food and feed are governed by their own applicable information and safety rules.

If required information or a warning is unclear or missing, contact support@afu-pet.store before ordering that product. This general page does not replace those product-level disclosures, prove authorisation of a regulated ingredient, or certify that a product is lawful in every destination.

4. Remedies and official alerts

A recall, safety issue or lack of conformity is handled under the applicable rules and does not depend on the ordinary change-of-mind return period. We will not rely on a hygiene or perishability exception to remove a statutory remedy for unsafe or defective goods.
